Hi, I'm Lisa and I've been painting since I can remember.

 

Why?

For me, painting feels like an inner call that belongs on paper or canvas. It's the need to do something with your hands, to feel how it feels when paint touches your hand and then touches the canvas. Painting is intuition taking shape. Creativity is about being in flux and about just doing and, above all, going on. When a picture is finished, the gut decides. The finished product can then be considered completed for years, months or just days, but only until the brush, pen or pen is in your hands again and something new can emerge from the finished product.

 

All in all, art is for me the feeling of going with my flow. ​ On my page I would therefore like to give you an insight into my work and hope it inspires you!
